Afternoon all, :wave:

I'm not long back from my course, kinnda glad we get a break next week. DS1 due at doctors at 4 and clubs tonight. OH and BIL have cleaned the kitchen and livingroom while me and sis where away this morning, result. :rotfl:

This week looking busy already with appointments and activities for the kids but i'm gonna push on with the house. Loads done a fortnight ago and house looked great now's it's back to being a dumping ground.

Pigpen, thanks for all the hard work that you've put into this thread over the years, you've done a fantastic job.

I know it's on the facebook page but i can do the christmas card list this year if we're still going to do it. I don't mind plus i've 3 extra helpers here who would love to do it. Just let me know if i'm needed.

Right i better find a list and shift my bum. Tho i think a cuppa first is needed.. Grab one if ya want...:coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee:

Monday ~ Living room, Hall and Stairs
Level One

Level Two
[STRIKE]declutter and dust the mantle putting back only what should be there[/STRIKE]i dont have a mantle so i did the bookcase and shelves instead lol
Wipe the sofas if needed will do tonight when grubby children wont be climbing all over them
[STRIKE]Wipe and water plants, dust and deweb[/STRIKE] well i watered the flowers lol
Level Three
[STRIKE]Clear and wipe window sills, and any electricals and picture frames etc[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Empty and clear out a cupboard or drawer.. [/STRIKE] tidied out the 3 under stair cupboards!

2. [STRIKE]Check all the winter coats are clean and ready to wear.. and put away all the summer ones! Polish your wellies!![/STRIKE]
3. [STRIKE]binbag dance[/STRIKE] even had my dad jumping on the bin to squash it down since the council refuse to empty the bin now unless the lid closes!
4. Wash any windows that have been neglected no point coz the road outside is being dug up and they wikl be filthy again in 2 seconds flat!

Tuesday ~ master bedroom and landing
Level One
Declutter floors
Strip bedding, wash sheets and remake the bed.. BEFORE BEDTIME!!
Level Two
Vacuum floors
Tidy away floordrobe/chairdrobe and top of chest of drawersdrobe!
Sort through one cupboard of clothing
Level Three
Sort out the airing cupboard or linen cupboard.. wha t can go? What do you need to keep?
wash any curtains/nets that need it
Sort through one box of junk!
Extras

1. Do a small job you have been putting off forever
2. check all the smoke alarms are working as they should!
3. Sort out the junk from your favourite/most used handbag!.. Get rid of those receipts from 1982 from your purse! lol
4. Fill a binbag for charity shop (or the bin if you prefer!)

Wednesday ~ Kitchen and Dining Room
Level One
Declutter and mop/vacuum the floors
Find and wipe the worksurfaces
Level Two
Wipe the big appliances and units.. don't forget kickboards!
Wipe small appliances and replace.. do one thoroughly.. descale or decrumb or degunge!
Clear a sticky dishevelled cupboard
Level Three
Wipe the table and replace the cloth if necessary.
HHI
Clean the oven and hob..

Extras

1. Clean out the fridge.. make use of anything almost past its best
2. Wash the windows
3. Binbag dance
4. clean door deals, filters and deterrgent drawers!

Thursday ~ Childrens pits, spare or neglected rooms!
Level One
Strip, wash and replace bedding
Declutter and vacuum the floor
Level Two
Sort through a cupboard.. any cupboard, could even be a kitchen one!
Drag out and sort all the gibble from under the bed!
Straighten the toy boxes and shelves
Level Three
Wash any soft furnishings that need it.. or the duvet!
Dust and deweb
Wipe sticky grotmarks from the walls, doors and paintwork

Extras

1. Binbag dance
2. 15 minutes filing
3. List 1 item to sell
4. sort the shoes, coats and bags!

Friday ~ Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
Level One
Clean floors in these rooms (even if it is around the clutter)
Dont forget your half hour of YOU-time!
Level Two
Clean baths, toilets and sinks
Clear any clutter from desk
Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!!
Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc
Level Three
Clear clutter from floor
Wipe down tiles in bathroom.. defragment the pc while doing this (programs.. accessories..system tools.. defragment!.. if you do the disc cleanup as well it clear all the cookies and temporary files too.
Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required
Clean the brushes/dust box/filters on the vacuum cleaner!!!! .. make sure they are completely dry before using it though.. I don’t want anyone electrocuted!!
Extras

• Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms
• Wash your bathroom mats, nets, clean blind/curtains etc
• Sort a wardrobe or part of, a drawer or set of drawers making sure it has what needs to be in it and any 'extras' are put where they should be
• Give the pc desk a right good clean! Pull out the case, defluff and degrot it all!!

didnt realise i had done so well today! i went into town this am and got a gammon joint which is in the SC with cloves and honey for tea.

WMx1 and one load on the airer. need to find radiator space for the load that just finished. might have to use the dryer today

around 4pm i can turn it on and i can start refilling it tomorrow! i can meal plan again rather than having to go to the shop every 2 days to buy something! and its starting to be scotch broth weather too so ill be cooking up a storm in my pressure cooker and stocking up!

DS2 is sad today. at 9.50am he was asking to go pick up DS1 from school. mickey mouse clubhouse has made him a bit happier as has looking through the toys r us catalogue. ive done an order at argos via quidco for nigh on 100 quid. getting less than 2 quid back but its better than a slap in the face i suppose. every little helps and all that.

oh crap ive got half an hour to convince DS2 to get his trousers on and get up to the school.

Cleared drainer
Washed dishes
Tidied up after boys baking cakes

my HHC ended up being a little bit extended, have sorted the spare room yaaaaaay!, although could do with folding all the underwear in the drawers but the floor is clean everything is in the right place, and there is clean bedding on the bed. Only trouble is now the landing is full of stuff that now doesn't have a home due to the nursery being now in the other spare room, will have to have a think and see what I can do, not now though, now I am chilling, so glad the room is done, looks a million times better, been putting it off for weeks, even managed to tidy the living room, put the rubbish out, unload and reload the DW!
