I emailed to cancel after my first box, they emailed back saying that they had already dispatched the second box and was I sure I wanted to cancel. I said yes, they said as it was already in the mail I should donate it to a charitable cause and they would refund the cost. I gave them to my very elderly neighbour and hotel chocolate refunded me! Great customer service there!

hey cupcake what email address did you use?

My chocs arrived today, full box plus a tasting kit, looks yummy, dd will love tasting them with me later whilst daddy is working away. Now to cancel.

That's good news that they are obviously beginning to arrive. My poor postie thinks I'm a bit mad, as I keep getting him to check for chocolate sized parcels.

Fingers crossed mine will be here soon too.
  • Mine arrived today with the free tasting battons. I bought a load of chocolate after christmas last year from hotel chocolat that was 1/2 price and it really is gorgeous. This is from someone who is not normally a big chocolate eater. They are expensive but if you take advantage of any offers, sales etc they are worth it.
  • YAY! Got mine today - it's huge :D
  • Hmmm makes me wonder if i really should gift mine when they arrive, will have to see if there is an alternative fofriend, lol, mine were due to be dispatched yest, so i won't expect them for a week or so, i do have loads of other cheapie choccies courtesy of glitches and freebie, tco, aeros, smarties and galaxy bites.

Still waiting for mine a week after the payment was taken out but happy to wait a while still as I know it's worth it!

First box arrived today, the other 2 are showing sent yesterday -I realised I had been checking hotel chocolate's website and not the tasting club website for information -DOH!

Guys, has anyone who set up the delivery to 12 weeks (instead of two weeks by default) right after registring received the first box yet? My estimated delivery date is showing 25th of January, I wonder if I messed things up by changing the delivery to 12 weeks straight away... :o
