I've just signed in to check when my chocs were dispatched but the option has been removed, I was able to click more details, this has been removed, I only have my details Has anyone one else noticed this. I am worried that they should have arrived on 25th oct, and now even more worried all my details have been removed, I changed delivery to every 12 weeks, luckily I have an e-mail to prove this if they try sending more before they should. I will definately cancel once the chocs arrive, even if they don't I will cancel in a week, rather lose £1.95 than risk anymore. Have a bad feeling that they know we intend to cancel after the first box. Maybe I should have left the delivery option until the chocs had been sent, please reply if you've noticed your order details and options have been removed.0

My details are still there. The delivery date was 28th october but has changed to 8th november on mine, but I ordered the Elements box (no alcohol) which now has no availability until the end of nov.0

I emailed to cancel after my first box, they emailed back saying that they had already dispatched the second box and was I sure I wanted to cancel. I said yes, they said as it was already in the mail I should donate it to a charitable cause and they would refund the cost. I gave them to my very elderly neighbour and hotel chocolate refunded me! Great customer service there!0
