What if someone came along and claimed it off you?

If they managed to take my little plot land from me i would either formulate a plan of attack to get it back or just go and claim another bit:)

I can see where you are trying to go with this.

I said i would claim a bit of land to build a little house on.

You said what are you going to do if somebody takes it off you.

I said i would try and take it back and if i couldnt get it back i would claim a different plot of land.

Nowhere have i said that i will be beating the living 5hit out of an 80 year old pensioner to get a bit of her back yard from her.

There are thousands upon thousands of acres of land sat empty doing nothing so thats the land i would be claiming from.
  • Just watching Channel 4 news right now, Nimbys at it again in North West. Fifty houses proposed for young adults who are having to move out of the area, also second home owners are making the problem worse. Earlier today also caught the tailend of a news item on Anglia, Nimbys yet again moaning about homes being built.

Selfish people who just whittle on about their slightly effected perfect views, and funny how they all seem to look and sound the same.

I never said that you would 'beat the 5hit out of any one, especially a pensioner. I merely pointed out that virtually all land in the UK is owned by someone and so if you claimed it you would be taking it from someone. I assumed it wasn't given freely so asked what you would do if your stolen land was then stolen from you.

No need to mention the word weaker then was there.

Find an empty plot of derelict council or government land and build a house on it.

No need to take land that people are already living on when there is plenty of the stuff doing nothing.

Well, naturally if someone owns land and you take it off them I am assuming there is no longer any rule of law (otherwise the original owner would take it back), therefore unless it was gifted (unlikely) then I imagined you took it by force.

Council and government land is owned by the tax payer.
