Colgate Total Professional Weekly Clean. + a good toothbrush

If you are going to use bleach then, by God, be sensible and repair the damage to your tooth surface afterward with Recaldent (GC Tooth Mousse) for a week or so.

A Water pik will also insure you have minimal staining.
