I got some Crest Whitening strips off ebay a while back. Worked brilliantly. Not sure if you can get them in the UK or not, but they were super strength!0

I would recommend you invest in having trays made at the dentist or go to a local dental lab - that way you get a good fit. I have used 22% carbamide peroxide without any problems but a friend used the same and her gums were terribly sensitive to the 22% she found using Sensodyne toothpaste helped but it was a few weeks before the sensitivity wore off. She then used a lesser strength and was fine. I used Dentyl XL.SallyD0

Best thing to try is Crest strips! unbelievable, dead easy to use, 30mins a strip, then throw away, first bought in USA, go on to the crest websitewww.crest.com/products/whitening.jsp for all the information you need, my goddaughter introduced me to these, trust the americans to come up with the easy option! anyway give them a go:T0
