Out of interest, tractorgirl, was the email address you used for the voucher the primary address on your paypal account? I ask as I didn't use the primary address, for no reason other than I changed the primary address a couple of months ago, and I used the address which had been the primary address up until then and I wondered if this was a factor in paypal saying that the address was 'invalid' (not that they have said that to me, but to someone on the HUKD thread about this offer). Obviously the address I did use was on my paypal account!!

Logged into my account this morning and mine also says refunded and has been moved from the used section into available, what on earth is going on! :mad:

The address I used wasn't the primary address on my paypal account (but was still registered to my paypal account). I will be so annoyed if this is the reason they are not honouring the deal, if this is the case then they should of made it clear in the first place then we could of used primary email addresses :mad:

I did the same thing, I changed my paypal e-mail address a few months ago and the one I used on the vouvher is not my primary address. Don't think it should matter tho, I mean you can still use the secondary address to sign in!
I sent Gumtree an e-mail there now. Although they havent replied to my last 2 e-mails!!:mad:

What a load of !!!!!!!! Mine says refunded too, though it actually hasnt been as not in my paypal. I so wont be using these con artists again and will be spreading the word of how rubbish they are!!

Will keep an eye on my statement and make sure it actually is refunded...
