Got this back last night:Still not received anything, so have sent them a message via the 'contact/feedback' link on the site.
Probably helped that I included both the voucher number and the PayPal address in the initial mail, so there was nothing they could really ask to bide their time.Thank you for contacting the customer service department. I'm going to look into this issue and get back to you as soon as possible. Please be patient while we resolve it with Paypal. Thanks
