Further to my post on Friday, I tried to submit the code today (my voucher said valid from 23rd), only to get the message that it has already been redeemed.
I have no way of knowing when or by whom. I hope it's just stored my details from the other day and someone else hasn't just typed in my number randomly.

Anyone else who tried to submit on Friday had this message today?

I got the message that my code had been used...but when I checked my paypal account it hasn't appeared in it. Does it not show up until the 10th Nov? Will it not show as pending?
Like many others I had tried to use my code on Friday only for the page to loop and bring me back to the submit page..so how can it be used?

I tried using it before the 23rd, tried to submit it today and it said it had already been used. The voucher has moved to the used section of my account.

I got this message below and my email address does show up.

Voucher Already Used

This voucher number has already been redeemed. You can find the UK PayPal email address used for this voucher number on your My Account page, under the Used tab, click on Print Voucher and the PayPal email address should show up under "Keep in mind".

Same here. My paypal email address shows up at the bottom of the 'keep in mind' bit.

I cant even log onto the site, i enter the email address i used for the deal, and it would'nt work so i tried requesting forgotton password and it says the account doesnt exsist :@ not at all happy.

so basically I bought £5 for £15 paypal spend .. ? and as long as its used before 3rd Nov then £15 will be in the account on or after 10 Nov?
