Free £10 , Spend £5 get £15 in Paypal from Gumtree Deals, Free Money (merged)

Hi i was just wondering if anyone can give me some advice, i brought this deal and went to put the code in and its saying my email address isnt correct, i have email's from gumtree about my voucher i have emailed them and they have not replied to me very un-professional and im very annoyed. Am i right in thinking i still have til the 3rd november to enter the code? Im very annoyed that gum tree still hasnt replied to me :@ i can not get onto the site but yet it was ok for them to take my money :@ thanks in advance x

Me too but yes thats how I understand it. I did think we had to spend ££ then were refunded by the 3rd Nov but having just submitted my voucher there are a few things on their pages that say that we only need to redeem the voucher.

After the deal is over, you will receive an email containing a link to your Gumtree Daily Deals Voucher. On this voucher will be a code. Redeem this code at the link above to get your £15 paid into your PayPal account.

Hi jada90 sorry can't help much but yes 3rd Nov to submit voucher number. The email relevant to paypal/gumtree was on the email I recieved from gumtree with the voucher number. Is your paypal and gumtree the same email address?

Thank you for replying, yes it's the same, I just think it's wrong that gumtree have not even bothered to reply to me.! I can't find a number to contact them on either.!

I have 2 email's from them, one when I first brought the voucher and the 2nd from when the voucher was emailed.

But when I entered my email address & password it wouldn't let me log in so I thought it was my password so pressed on forgotton password & when I entered my email address it said address not registers / invalid something along those lines, very annoyed x

Do Gumtree have a facebook or twitter page you could contact them via or ask for a customer services number ?

Like many others I had tried to use my code on Friday only for the page to loop and bring me back to the submit page..so how can it be used?

Thank's for your help everyone, thought id try and log in by chance and it worked, must of been a problem with the website the time i tried.! Entered my voucher at last, now to do the boots one which is still puzzling me lol x
