The valid from date is 23rd October and the final redemption date is 3rd November. So for the sake of a couple of days and the possibility of forfeiting the deal I am going to wait.

I redeemed mine around 8.20 am this morning, whereas a colleague can't submit his - hits submit and the form just seems to refresh and not do anything. For me I got a confirmation that my code had been accepted and I should expect to receive the credit some time around the 10th November.

My voucher says Valid from Oct 23 / Valid to Nov 3, in the green boxes.
I'm getting the same as MrsGreenwood and Pinkchick. I think I might just try again on the 23rd.
