I have now managed to open the vouchers, at last, but mine says it has already been redeemed (DH's worked fine). Argh!!!!!!!!!!

I am wondering whether it is advisable to wait until 23rd October to try to redeem the voucher, as it clearly states valid from 23rd October until 3rd November.

Not sure it will make any difference, but can't hurt, as you have already been allocated it, with it's own unique number and have until 3rd November to redeem it.

Haven't had a lot of luck lately, one way and the other, so I think I will do that.

well ive tried to enter my code and it comes up with Incorrect Details anyone else?

When I put my code in and click submit, the page just goes off for a split second and then comes back on with my details all still entered but note to say whether it has worked or not? Anyone else getting this?

yes me. i tried again after getting the incorrect details message, now it does the same as its doing to you.
