Just popped in to catch up on my subscribed threads, namely you and Hypno and some challenges.

It cheers me up no end when I see the chatter going on here and to see how far you have all come.:T

I really hope one day that will be me, although mine will only happen once EXOH and I really do have a parting of the ways (and property).

Right today is the day I have promised to have a massive clear up so best move my butt or will end up one MSE for too long.

Have a great weekend one and all

    NRA xx

    Hiya NRA

Always lovely to see you (and wow...I'm on a 'subscribed' list with Hypno...no pressure then!! ;)). Hope the clear up got sorted (or at least you aren't bashing yourself for the MSE habit!).

How're you doing on the challenges? I struggle a fair bit (as Freeby'll tell you - she's wooping my !!! at the NSD race yet again!), so I love to hear how others find them.

I've no doubt you're already steps ahead of where you think you are - anyone who signs up to MSE has already take a huge step, so well done you! :T

As for the EXOH and property - important stuff, but try not to let it be your focus. You're stepping out on a new sunny road, and you get to spend some time focussing on your own needs. Whether or not it feels like it, all of us have strength and value individually - so don't forget/be scared to be in control of your own destiny (ooo, that sounded a bit woowoo didn't it?! *ahem* let's move swiftly on...:D). Of course, I'm fairly sure that Hypno would tell you to buy fab shoes...and she is truly wise, and the voice of experience.;)

Dear Mini-Lassey (or 'Sheltie' as you shall, hence-forth, be known),

Could you do us a favour please? We think your mum would really be cheered up if her other half wore the hat she lovingly made for him. It's clearly the bestest hat in the whole wide world - which you already know, because you've seen the wobble of that bobble in real life.

Anyway, we think superglue would be a sensible way to make sure that the hat stays in place...feel free to use at will. But don't stick your fingers together as that wouldn't be good, and your mum wouldn't let us all play together again.

PS. Z thinks you should also consider drawing a fake 'tache on the fella...apparently he's done this before, as he's suggested you use magic marker. The rest of us aren't really sure Z is a good influence though, so you might want to check that with your mum first.

PPS. If you get into real trouble, then Lemon Tree will soon have a spare room which you can move into...and she'll paint it any colour you like if you're prepared to clean the house.

PPPS. She also has spare chocolate in one of those moving boxes...

And this is why I visit this thread first after work.....and the slightly !!!!ed up pet boy looks at me like I'm the crazy one while I giggle.

Yes, that's my plan - and then as the relevant box is finally opened by some 'volunteer', I shall bound in (with cape a-flapping) to rescue and appreciate (and declutter) the clearly unwanted box....:D
  • *slinks in*

Spendy day yesterday...and wasn't overly organised, so will be a spendy day today too (liquid gold...plus I've run out of chocolate).

But tomorrow...tomorrow shall be my day...it shall be the 6th day of non-spending, if I have to hand my purse to my mother in order to manage it!!

*strides out...trips over random shoe...exits speedily towards the stairs*

Oooo, I didn't tell you did I? It's all that excitement around sticking hats on random men...

I accidentally managed NSD 6 yesterday! Splendid parental bought 'house' chocolate (minemineminemine), and forgot to get petrol...result! :D

As there is so much love for the hat, I might add some extra balls of stripey wool to my shopping list so I can make one for all of us :D

    List is as follows...
1 tube of industrial strength superglue
    1 magic marker (orange)...(yes I'm afraid so!!!)

Have a happy day everybody
