Things I have learned this morning:
1. It isn't wise to go to bed leaving boxes strewn across the floor of the hallway and landing;
2. It's even less wise to leave the Christmas tree box laying on its side on the floor right outside your bedroom door;
3. That you should really learn to stay in bed until your eyes are open properly, and your eyesight kicks in;
4. That when boxes are strewn around your house, it's sensible to look down and watch where you're walking; and
5. That once leared, a childhood of gymnastic summersaults never really leaves you...pointed toes and 'ta-da' finish included....Have a goodun' - and watch where your feet are going!!Nora.x

Hi Nora! That wrap is lovely! Have you tried folksy or etsy for selling your handmade stuff? I'm not sure about etsy (which is mainly US stuff I think) but the uK based Folksy is 20p to list, a listing lasts 6 months or until it's sold (whichever happens first!) and it's something like they ake a 5% of the final sale price, or something. Something, likes that anyways0

Thanks for the tip Laura. I'm going down the Facebook route just to get my wings under me (so to speak), and then plan to branch out a bit in terms of Folksy etc.

Morning
*looks around bleary-eyed...sniffs air...shudders at how early it is...*
Well, Lordy this is just a fun time to be up isn't it? Plus I appear to have woken with the snots and a throaty-throat which will ensure I've contaminated half of Essex and lost my voice by the end of the day....:o
Ah well, never mind...in 19 hours, all being well, I should be home and back in bed...:D
Righto, on with the show - I'll catch up properly tomorrow.
Have a good 'un.

Thanks to freeby and everyone else for their kind comments on the wrap.
I'm thinking of adding the throws and these wraps to the things I'd like to sell on my facebook shop in the new year, so the feedback is useful.
Pricing is going to be a faff (I honestly despise pricing)...but I'm thinking around £45 -£50 for the throws, and £20 ish for the wraps in adult size, and £15(ish) for a smaller version for little girls.
Those prices would cover all materials and gives me a little left over. If you weren't MSE-ing, would that seem reasonable to you?
And of course, now I'm thinking of names for the shop....
The beautiful wrap that you posted a picture off, is that one of the irems you would sell for £20? If you can make a profit on that, then that's an amazing price. Even MSE-ing and being dressed head-to toe in George at Asda, I would definitely pay £20 for that. If it's £40, (and it does look worth that), you might not reach so many people in these hard times.
If they are £20, please can I have one? Please?:j
And the name? What's wrong Knitting Nora's?:DDebt £26k 18/10/140
