update from me went back to the store today and no problems at all got 25% off 3 for 2 AND BOGOHP on 6 Vtech games original cost would have been £93 i got them for £40.01 :j now that's a saving i like to see, all i did was contact customer services stating "on top of all other offers" advertisement wasn't honoured at the till they agreed it should have no quibbles gave me reference went back to store and manager (again no quibbles) rectified total to include ALL offers saving me £53

I noticed this evening that Argos has now removed the "on top of all our other toy offers "sign from the website. Shame as i'd printed the screen shot from yesterday and was set to pick up some 2 for £15 things on monday

Ollysmum i would try e-mailing again if you don't have any luck then ring CS

Tamlem hadn't noticed that they took the "on top of all other offers" banner off ...okay just had a nosey cheeky beggars !! however it is still advertised in their Facebook page so i would screen shot that also and take it too them as proof of the offer , as they advertised it they should honour it, in my case i have had it honoured Good luck

Got 3 for 2 on 3 £15 items today. Pointed out the wording, checked with the manager and sorted. £15 for all 3.

The signs in store all have it printed on. Can't imagine they'll be changing them and the TV adverts too. Try your luck!

I had the same issue about the vtech games and received shocking customer service in store when I queried it, hence my email to them. The supervisor could not have been less interested if she had tried. And the sales assistant was not much better, although she did then say she thought the advertising was "misleading"...

Response within 5 minutes. When emailing make sure no exclamation marks etc as this stops message being sent, this happened to me, removed them no problems. Did get my query sorted. Good luck.

If the items are out of stock, can I pay for them to get the 342 deal and then collect them when they are available? Anyone know the answer please? 2 of my 3 can be ordered into store for in a few days' time.

i don't know the answer however try ringing cs or maybe the argos helper on facebook?

Nope. You can't pay for items unless they are in stock.

Also, if you reserve them, you need to pick them up by close of business Monday, or deal will not be honoured.

Technically they are consoles but they are included in the 3 for 2 (at least they were last time the promotion ran) if that's what your wondering

edited to add i bought the vtech vmotion console yesterday and got it in the 3 for 2 so i'm pretty sure the innotab would still be offered (as last time) on this promotion
