my old dog sheds hair constantly and also now has a weak bladder if \i forget to put her out before bed theres a puddle on the carpet by the front door, I have tried puppy pads but she avoids them. She probably thinks it shows less on the carpet. My house deffo has a doggy tinge...
  • Mine's more untidy than dirty and it annoys the hell out of me.
Wils moults like there's no tomorrow, she's white and for some reason i bought a black stair carpet. Downstairs is laminate but i constantly have to brush it and the kitchen floor is tiled and usually muddy.
Hairs on the bed and fur dust on everything and the tippy tap tip tap of nails on the floor

    what about :

    having a bath
cats walk in and stare at you
cats lie down on the clean towels
    getting out of the bath
drying yourself with those clean towels
realising one is covered in cat hair that stuck to wet skin from the towels....

yeah.. that is me - with a very hairy chest.... sigh....

    How about:

    Having a bath
Two Bengal kittens jumping up on side of bath
Two Bengal kittens putting paws in bath and flicking water
One Bengal kitten falling into bath (not bothered by it)
Bengal kitten gets out of bath and sprays water everywhere
Other Bengal kitten falls into bath..... Etc :rotfl:

As for taking a shower? That is a whole other story :rotfl::rotfl:

I really should remember to make sure bathroom door is closed properly :rotfl::rotfl:

Labradoodle could be a good one. Just looked at some pics of cockapoos, they are cute!

The labradoodle thing - I believe it is recessive, and can depend on generations? No I'm not sure either, but I do know not to just take the breeders say so about the non shedding thing - look it up on the googleweb - I have heard of a good few lab x poodles who have been rehomed because they shed.

No such thing as a 'labradoodle' btw - they are a crossbreed ;)

I have no problem with pet hair because my Bengals hardly shed. As for smell I feed my 3 raw food so no smelly poos in the litter tray :D

The thing is though if you want a pet then you have to live with the pros and cons of smells, fur etc. It's like having kids, there is no such thing as a tidy/clean house when you have kids.

My house is full of pet hairs (as are the bed sheets), paw prints, marks up the wall where either dog or child has scraped up against them whilst muddy, bits of cat litter stalked all over the place..... We only moved in last Monday - brand new build, and it has been very much signed by my bunch already!

I do hoover & poop scoop every day, so at least the garden is clean! ;)
