With now 3 cats and a semi log haired GS, despite vacuuming every day and moping every day..... I live in a kennel/cattery of the worst sort.
Cat/dog hair everywhere, bedding covered in hairballs, hair in food, hair in bath.....
Pls tell me it is not just me?
Some places people wipe their shoes when they enter - at mine they have to wipe their shoes when they leave....
sigh....

mmmmm I'm a bit of an oddball in that I'm very clean but even more messy:o (yes I do lift stuff to clean under it and then put it back!;)).
But .... there's still hair as it's impossible (2 cats - 1 semi-long haired & 1 very hairy & constantly moulting lab) to get it 100% hoovered up.Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Rising - you off my buddy's list now :P

Pet fur isn't actually dirt, though. Just fluff. Fluff doesn't count. A layer of fluff will protect your carpets from wear and add extra insulation.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0

Owain - yep, I like THAT.... LOL
Its just that with no carpets but laminate all over it really REALLY shows..... dust catches to hair too... I will vacuum in the morning and by midday you can not say I did.... sigh....
Shave them all?0 -
Or you could always get yourselves a Bengal, especially the brown spotted version
. My Spotty boy doesn't seem to moult at all, even when I brush/comb him, I only get one or two single hairs off him at the most :rotfl: His sister, who is a snow, does have a little more fluff about her.

I hoover once a week,I hoovered yesterday & even from where I'm sitting I can see a few little clumps of Daisy fluff on the hall carpet...0

.. which reminds me of an ad I seen once "Will swap mother-in-law for a dog - dog can have rabies, no problem"0

At the moment mine is a very hairy house.. my old well used vacuum gave up the ghost 2 weeks ago and I bought a cheap one to tide me over which lasted 6 days and has now been returned to manufacturer awaiting a refund into my account so that I can buy another one.. currently sweeping my carpets.... not good!!!! (Why did I get white and grey pets!?!?!)0
