Your forums rules are understandable given previous events but absolutely ridiculous because the forum is about money saving and all you're doing is increasing the inconvieneicen for users which naturally means people will save less money.

The moderator hasn't even included a link to where the carious codes are to be found, he expects us just to sift through the forum.

Abit of a disgrace imo.

As i started off in my post MAYBE,still being passed from dept to dept,got a return note to phone DHL,spelt my name wrong and wrong product iam sending back FERGUSION tv:mad: .I have now contacted my credit card company and informed them that their new tv is waiting to be returned .Waiting for a reply.
Anyone now of the currys headoffice number AND ADDRESS and a director to contact,
This company is a joke. BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING,YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Had the same problem with Currys and DHL. waited in for three whole days with promises of pickup but no one came. loads of phone calls and emails but no luck, ended up taking it back to the shop which I could have done in the first place.
Even had a MD of DHL ringing me with an apology but still they didnt come.
They ended up saying, even though they give you a date its not guaranteed so they could come any time.
I wrote to Currys and was told to send in my phone bill showing the calls and they wrote back saying a £10 inconvenience cheque will be sent to me. That was for £4 of calls, letters, emails and three days of waiting in. That was November 2004, I am still waiting.

Fab deal indeed... gone now unfortunately, altho' you can still get the TV + the cheaper DVD player (DVDS27) for £249 + £50.
