Cancellation email....surely we haven't got to ring to get our refunds,can't they just do them!!

Got cancellation too butt to me that read as if you ordered other stuff we will be dispatching you that... not the toffee too! Is it just me that read it like that?

It does not say that if you ordered other items, the toffee will be despatched. It just says that your order will be despatched which may mean the other item you ordered without the toffee. Confused!

I'm reading the email that the people who ordered other items will get their other item, not the toffee though.

It doesn't sound as though anyone will get the order honoured.

I think they're saying that if you ordered something else as well as the toffee, they will despatch the other item and if you also want the toffee you have to pay an extra £8.50 for it.

I read it as, if you have ordered additional items you will get those in due course rather than have the postage refunded, so if you ordered a box of toffee and a box of fudge you will be charged the postage and just get the fudge. I could be wrong though.

Why do we need to call for the refund? surely they have our details.
