Bourne , Lincs was very quiet, there was me and two other ladies there. Plenty on the shelves, I got some Sylvanian bits and Lego games and so on. My kids are older so not so into toys these days! I did get a "Style Password Journal" that was SEL'd for £5.49, but when I got home noticed I'd been charged £11.49, reduced from £22.99. Rang the store and they said that it was a labelling error, and that it was £22.99 reduced to £11.49, but that as they'd labelled it in error they'd refund the difference. Looks like they will be reducing these later to £5.49 as the labels were large and specified the toy, so don't buy it for £11.49 unless you REALLY want it!Long haul supporter #290POAYDBX2014 #043LBM Dec 2011 Debt £51K Debt Nov 2014 £42K0

Needless to say there were a lot of trolleys piled high with multiple popular toys destined for ebay, but from what I saw in the trolleys it was a pretty poor selection this year.
EDIT: This was at the Plymouth Marsh Mills branch, where all of the LEGO (the main thing I was sent for) had gone. To be fair, they still had other toys (e.g., Halo, Tigger, Nerf Guns, etc.), but I didn't wait around for more to be brought out (there were people just standing in the aisles doing that).
Same Lego I got down there at 6.40 am and thought I would just wait outside and the car park was already busy and trolleys coming out piled high.
Like you said all Lego was gone, to be fair there were far more toys then it seemed last year but lots of the same like two different toys in one big crate.
I picked up one or two things and was feeling quite deflated and I just kept walking around hoping I may have missed something when people started discarding items left right and centre (some leaving whole trolleys discarded) and I managed to pick up a number of things this way when made my trip a lot better.
Staff were emptying whole trolleys back on shelves where people had just abandoned them.
I saw quite a few damaged toys and boxes, and a Bumblebee mask that I picked up was broken and another toy had a piece ripped out of the box. These sales do bring out the bad in some people, but as a whole I thought it went really well there was no fighting, snatching or anything else I could see and people were helping each other.
Just wish I had got down there earlier and got the bigger Transformers that I wanted.Competition wins - 09/03 - £500 ELC Vouchers 11/04 - Lush Goodies 21/04 - Gillette Fusion Gift Pack 22/05 - Mirrors DVD 29/05 - Return Flights to London & £500 29/05 - £50 Homebase Gift Vouchers 20/09 - Remote Control Helicopter 28/09 - £225 Bingo Win 05/10 £25 Photobox Vouchers 16/09 £90 Cash 30/11 £29 Cash 03/01 £20 03/04 Fifa Football :T0 -
