Why not save postage costs and just email the CEO instead ?

Mmmm...Trouble is you probably won't get a meaningful response from the Sainsbury CEO or his exec support team (who will proably answer your complaint on his behalf).

Try asking him to confirm whether Sainsburys get a 50% split of any revenue generated with TCP's invoices as Adsa do and whether they invest the monies generated into a charity(s) like Asda do ? and post any responses that you get on this forum as well as Peppio (sorry if I have got this wrong...never used this site !!).

Because traditional snail mail carries considerably more weight than email.

I agree that it will not of itself achieve anything miraculous, but constant dropping wears away a stone and sufficient complaints will eventually have an effect.

Really ?....Care to provide any proof that snail mail carries considerably more weight than email with regards s/markets acknowleding that PPCs are cowboys ?

Agreed...but trouble is you are bouncing off a brick wall..the s/markets will give you a politician's response by deliberately avoiding the question.

Have a go yourself and let everyone know the answer on this this thread.....but the response will be as I have stated above.

Now where has Tony Blair gone with regs the Iraq war ? Mmmm.... wot am I suggesting ?;):)

No of course I can't prove it, and if you think that wins you some useless brownie point then fine, go ahead, I'll lose no sleep over it.

But believe me I complain a LOT and my experience is that I get much better results from a proper letter than from a throwaway email - and I think you'll find that my experience is just as valid as yours.

One letter withdrawing custom from a supermarket = no effect.
100 letters = beginning to take notice.
1000 letters = hang on guys, we have a problem!

Doubt it mate !

Have a look at my previous posts...I always escalate right to the top (i.e. CEOs, etc.) and get fantastic results; for example a free replacement 3-peice suite, free railway tickets, etc.
