Sorry Rising
I've cleared some of the messages now0 -
Morning all
I'm loving the long weekend for Easter and have been having a lovely time. On Friday I got loads of housework done (not exciting, but necessary) but blew my NSD by buying this little gem for my cardmaking. I've been quite inspired by an article in a cardmaking magazine about how to take the best photos of your makes, so hopefully I'll be able to show you some quality photos in the very near future!
We had friends round for dinner on Friday and yesterday I pootled down to see Kissjenn who is looking fantastic and recovering nicely. She promises to get back online soon
Today I'm off to meet rising in a wee town near Edinburgh that does fabulous fish and chips. I have a ridiculous amount of catfood to give her that I bought for her last time it was on offer in Tesco. There's three carrier bags full and I still managed to forget to bring it with me last time we met for coffee
Plans for this morning involve washing, dishes and crafting (probably not in that order!!) I've been lucky enough to be selected as a member on another crafty design team although I can't say too much about it until I'm announced on their website, so I need to find my crafty mojo again. I think it's buried under piles of Ebay bargains
Happy Easter to all0 -

:rotfl:That's what I was going to remind you about in the PM:rotfl:
Not been a good start to the morning, was outside & heard cats fighting & knew Archie was out.
Yelled & clapped my hands & it stopped - queue 10 min hunt to find him & when he arrived back every hair on his body was on end with the big wide saucer eyes.
Managed to catch him & get him back into the house (no easy feat as he HATES being picked up) - removed one claw from an ear and another from a shoulder:(
Can't see any obvious damage but it's really hard to tell with him being all black (Mia's a lot easier as she's multi coloured & her skin's pale - apart from the fact that she hates being "examined":rotfl:) so will have to keep an eye on him for a few days just to make sure there haven't been any puncture wounds. Went back to bed for an hour and he had "mommy cuddles" but is still a bit freaked out....
See you later!:)Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Just a quickie to say it was lovely to see you & meet Mr F today .... chips were yummy (and, although it pains me to say this, at least as good as the other chip shop I usually go to;)).
Thanks so much for the lovely cardit's fab & I'm chuffed to bits to have a "Fresian original" - it will be a "keeper"!:D
However, it has reminded me that I still need a table to put the sewing machine on - so must do some hunting around to see if I can find one. Have loads of stuff to make some cat beds for the shelter but can't sew atm.....
Pants to the rain but we can have a lovely walk on the beach another day when the sun is shining and hopefully I'll have my new 4-legged companion by then!
PS I resisted temptation on the way home!:j(and if I get the sewing machine up and running, there's no reason I couldn't make one!)Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
