    Morning folks :D

The arrival of the Family Fresian this weekend, while absolutely exhausting, has been good for my finances!

Purse - £152 (!!) I'll be paying £140 of this into the bank, £20 of which will be off to my VSP as it's from selling cards, so can form the basis of the fund for my next craft show.
PAD/Spends - A much less healthy £14, but the cash will land in here so it will be back to a better balance shortly.
Entertainment - £13.62 as I've bought a cocktail making class to enjoy with Souk and tickets to see Henry Rollins at the Fringe in August.
Christmas/birthdays - £62.25 but Mr F's birthday is looming large!
Savings - £281.61 I'm going to get this up to £300 tomorrow which was my first target, then the PADs start going back to the loan.
    Food - £80.74
    2nd purse - £21.24

The second purse system is working well for me as having £80 left with 18 days till payday is quite good for me! The freezer is bursting with food, and the cupboards are healthy too. Mama Fresian brought me down some supplies (coffee, teabags etc) and these have been added to the stores and will be bought from the 2nd purse when I need to use them. I've already managed to put away just under £5 into the third purse (profits) last month and hope to increase that this month when I get paid.

Time to get ready for work :( but thanks to Easter it's a four day week :D:D:D

I need to re-do my budget sheets AGAIN thanks to the ex  Once I've got things under control, i want to re-read the 2nd purse info. It's working really well for you isn't it? Money gives me such a headache sometimes but the ex gives me a migraine lol :D

    Hope work passes quickly!
One step at a time ;)

I really take my hat off to anyone who does the 2nd (and 3rd:eek:) purse system..... I've read the "instructions" on the thread at least a dozen times and I'm afraid it might as well be in a different language :o. Sounds great but I just can't get my head around it (so will have to stick to my obsession with the spreadsheets;)).
