  • Morning :D just popped in quickly ..... a few pages to catch up on (I'm useless at keeping up with diaries :o)

Pants to the glasses and hope poorly puss' eye gets better soon .... I never walk out the vet without spending at least £50 :(

Anyway ...... I'm going to see the Pandas today :D - keep your fingers crossed they're actually out at our "time slot" as there are no guarantees (and you don't get a refund if you don't see them!)

Still got a week to payday so down to the dregs in most budgets!

Yup (Fresian - not hijacking your diary, honest:D!!!) - I'm not really a "zoo person" IYKWIM, but really wanted to see them. Been many years since we've been there and was actually pleasantly surprised at how much work they've done to get the animals' enclosures as natural to each species as possible.

You do have to book your Panda slot in advance and you don't get a terribly long time to see them (hopefully it may get longer as times goes on and lots of people have seen them). Well worth it tho':)

    Morning all :D

Managed to list a couple of items that haven't sold on FB on Ebay instead (just some crafty bits, nothing exciting!) No bids so far, but all but one of them have watchers, so hopefully they're going to sell.

I went to meet Rising for coffee yesterday and had a lovely time, although I went into Ikea for a wander round before she got there and accidentally spent £60 on a bookcase and some storage bits for it :o I built it last night (all on my own, so very impressed with myself) and it's up in the craftyroom now and has made a massive difference. I withdrew the outstanding balance in my VSP and some of my selling profits from Paypal to cover it and there's only a shortfall of around £20 which I will make up through PADs :A

Nowt to report apart from that - had the worst night's sleep last night so am drinking coffee like water and am grateful that today I'm in the office five minutes from home and not half an hour away :D
