Glad Mr F is ok. That is the most important thing. :)

    From me too! :D

So, the money is mine as confirmed by a very chipper woman from HR (she must be new...) who laughed when I said "So it's all mine and I can spend it then?" :D

    In other good money news:

    • I won £49 at work on the bonus ball sweep :D (We pay £1 per Lotto draw and the person who has the bonusball number wins!)
    • Mr Fresian gave me £50 for spending on fripparies :)
Speaking of Mr Fresian, he's back home and is doing ok. He's very sore, but flipping a car and hanging upside-down for a bit will do that to you  He has strong painkillers and I'm providing him with lots of tea, so he should be fine. He did most of the driving today coming home as he wanted to make sure that he wasn't too freaked by the accident and he's doing well, thank all the gods for that. I am much calmer now I've seen him and my chocolate consumption has decreased accordingly :o

I have £379 left from my unexpected rebate. I don't know what I'm doing with it at the moment, so am leaving it to one side until I decide. There's a terribly expensive crafting machine I've had my eye on for a while, so I'm going to see if there are any good offers on them at the Big Crafty Show in a couple of weeks. If not, it goes to the car loan.

I picked up the Tesco shopping using their Click and Collect service which it turns out is pretty good. Only one substitution and they substituted my 20 fish fingers for £1.99 with 30 for the same price :D I got quite a few good deals using the £10 off voucher that came through the door and we're very well stocked for a couple of weeks yet. Another freezer inventory/meal planning session is in my future, but not tonight ;)
  • Oops, sorry... I did mean to ask how Mr FF was and hoped he was ok, just got a bit side tracked!

    Well done, Fresian!

Perhaps you could treat Mr F to something nice with all the extra money floating around given his recent shock?!

If anyone is thinking of buying a Kindle before the 27th of February, I've been sent a £5 off code from Amazon for one. First person to PM me wins :D

Essentially, it's an electronic cutting machine which lets you cut out shapes and alphabets. It's awesome, but really pricey. I'm still pondering ;)

Potentially. I'm not going to think about buying one until I go the Awesome Crafty Show in March so I can see one being used and figure out if I need one or just have a hankering for one.

    I'm a sensible cow really :D
