OMG can't believe that...just clicked on your link Hopeful1 ..I'm not very technical but who owns that site as it's very similar to MSE ?..is it a big security risk ?..looks quite scary0

Dunno what it is but I have opened a thread in site feedback - hope they can get it shut down :j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j0

must agree it's very weird0

I don't know who owns it, but it's obviously to draw traffic to the adverts. MSE will have copyright ownership, so I'm sure it will be sorted one way or another. It's a reminder that things like that are the risk we take writing on an open forum. One step at a time0

Hopeful, thanks for drawing my attention to it, I'm going to email the forum team tonight about it.
Sorry for not being around much this weekend. Mr F was in a car crash this weekend and although the car he was in was totalled, he's ok and thank all the gods for that. He's back tomorrow, so I might not be online much for the next day or so.
In other news, my wages have gone into my account and there is £500 more than last month despite me not having done overtime. I have no idea what's going on, so that's a call to HR in the morning. Sheesh.
Is it next weekend yet?!0 -
Blimey, sorry to hear about Mr F.

I'd wondered why you hadn't been about, Hun. I'd assumed you were having too much fun while while Mr F was away
I'm really pleased he was ok, certainly sounds like the Gods were on his sound. Take it easy and look after both of you

Morning all
It's payday today and I've hidden the extra £504 (!!) I've received in one of my bank accounts and haven't included it in my usual payday update.
Money
PAD/Spends - £93.25
Entertainment - £62.71 (Left remaining funds from last month in the account)
Food - £158.47
2nd purse - £13.64
Car fund - £510.00
Christmas - £60.23
This is all looking pretty healthy. I withdrew the food money this weekend (before payday which is naughty!) but didn't spend that much. There's £40 missing between the food purse and the second purse as I got a £10 off £50 voucher from Te$so for their click and collect service, so I've done a good top-up shop and have to go and collect it later tonight.
The car fund is looking healthy and should cover the insurance outright when we have to renew in July, then it's time to start saving for the service and first MOT in November. I spent £19.98 from my Christmas fund this month, for a birthday present for my nephew and a mother's day gift for Mama Fresian. There aren't too many birthdays for the next couple of months, so that should build up nicely. My Amazon balance is £22.99 and I'm waiting for another £5 voucher from SB, so that's building up well too.
Credit card outstanding - £201.53
Available to pay - £77.36
Amount still to pay - £124.17
Loan outstanding - £3989.55
ISA Balance - £2800
Actual loan balance - £1189.55
This is all looking pretty good too. Having £124 outstanding on my credit card isn't ideal, but I'm waiting to see if I am actually owed the extra wages I received today. If they're legitimately mine then I can repay my credit card and take my loan down under £1000If not, the ISA balance goes down by £100 and I PAD the rest.
In good news from an MSE and a Fat Club point of view, they're opening a gym near my house that is one of the budget gyms costing under £20 per monthIt's not opening till June, but when it does I'm going to work it into my budget. It's too good an opportunity to pass up - even the council gym near me is £40 per month and is miles from the house
Two more weeks to work then I have my first week off this year :j
