matalan is good for inexpensive but nice swimming costumes - i swear by their "tummy control" ones for about 10 to 15 quid.
i must admit most of my exercise is just dog-walking & racing around like a loony after the kids - but i started to do a bit of interval jogging (walking for 3 min then jogging for 1 or two, repeat about 5 times!) before the winter hit and i am going to restart that soon. it's do-able because it's only a minute or two of being really hard, then you get your breath back while you walk & i was really seeing the benefits. plus i felt smug saying i'd been for a run!Mortgage free as of 11/11/15 !
:Anow... to start some serious saving :A

I think it's going to be long walks for me when the weather improves.
Hun, my exercise clothing consists of: lace up pumps from Primark, cheap trousers from Sainsburys (in the TU sale of course!) and a vest top. Luckily I have a sports bra from a lonnnnggggg time ago!
The beauty of my zumba classes is that no-one gives too hoots - they're all too busy trying to keep up!One step at a time0 -
I'll bear that in mind Hopeful
Today my exercise is going to be walking up to the Post Office (BIG HILL!!) then I'm taking the bus into town to meet a friend for coffee before meeting Souk for a late lunch at two. It's going to be a spendy day, but a fun one
Yesterday was very quiet and very relaxing. We had to quickly head to Argos to buy a bed for one of Mr F's sisters (I get a discount there through work) but pretty much came straight home then it was a relaxing day of computer games and food. Mr Fresian went to M&S for bacon while I was in Argos and bought one bag of food but it set him back £20   This is why he's not allowed to go food shopping without meHe used his own money though :rotfl: He bought two things that were on three for £10 but not a third *faint*
Still, one of the things he bought was sticky toffee pudding for me, so I ate lots of fruit yesterday so I had enough points left to have that for pudding :rotfl:0 -

It's been an excellent weekend here at Fresian Towers, with lots of laughs and plenty of yummy food
I've got to spend time with lots of people I love and had a brilliant time doing it. Thanks to Souk for a lovely lunch today and the usual rants and giggles were had in equal measures
Back to work with a bump tomorrow. Souk knows the full highlights/lowlights, but essentially I'm being ignored/treated like !!!! most of the time and it looks like there might be job losses before the end of June and I'm in line for one of them. Sod all I can do at the moment but it's a bit of a cloud on the horizon. There's nowt to do but keep thinking happy thoughts (and stock up on tinned tomatoes)
