If you are buying this to dig into beds then fine anything is better than nothing, if however you are looking at using it in tubs containers or hanging baskets then your results will be poor.
There is an old saying spend a £1 on the whole and a penny on the plant and you won’t go wrong.
In that case why do hundreds if not thousands of people successfully grow tomato plants etc in them?
Ive split a bag open and had a look and it looks identical to the bag of compost Ive got both in terms of colour texture even smell so Imas to what the difference is between the two

The whole company is having the same issue. Last year was the same. The supplier knew they would be having the offer on, but they still couldn't meet demand. :rolleyes:0 -

If the focus price is 4bags (120 litre) go down to your local nursery most have 75 litre bags for £4.50, this works out at £9.00 for 150 litre, much cheaper and helps to keep the small businesses running. Whilst you are there look at their plants, most don't do loss leaders like the sheds but are usually better quality and value.
