True to my word, Aesop, the cupcakes are all gone I cut each one in half so we could try them all - had one after the other when Mr 3Dogs got up for meds about an hour ago - cake moist but topping very very very sickly sweet :eek: Felt ill afterwards but of course we shouldn't have eaten them one after the other

Definitely not worth £26 :eek: :eek: :eek: £2.60? perhaps

Mr 3Dogs has been up twice for about an hour each time, for his meds, but has to have the ice pack on when up. Sleeping soundly in-between though so at least getting a rest

Just got texts from my sister with pic of Mam in her chair today but Mam looks older and even smaller in the pic

Mam was 92 in September so has had a good innings My sister has just replied that she has a new chair in her room which is huge and that made Mam look smaller but she does love it, so that is good. When Sis told her she'd have to be put back into her bed, she just twisted her face and said 'why?' bless her

The carol singers are in the foyer of the home on Friday and the nurse has promised to take Mam down in chair to see them, which is fantastic. So much better now that they are not just leaving her lying there in her room :j Even if it wore her out, made her ill, and even shortened her time there, I would rather she was getting to do or see things, than just left lying there

Hope Alan is feeling a bit better now? At least he is resting & not having to rush around doing things etc. But you must take it easy aswell.
