I think you will find 3Dogs will say nobody hijacks or clogs up her thread
she welcomes everybody to her diary, all friends with useful information that others can benefit from.
it is good that you can give an expert opinion on Dragon software, I have friends who use it and highly recommend it.
the book about RSI, do you think it works for those with arthritis and other afflictions? Have a friend that has something else wrong with her hands, and this might help her? I get severe RSI if I don't use the keyboard properly. Been typing for over 30 years, so eventually developed it.
ps what is the book?
Thank you Aesop
It's called The Mindbody Prescription by Dr John Sarno:

There are lots of reviews on Amazon you can read. My own personal recovery was nothing short of amazing, and I'd had many conventional treatments to no avail. I am so grateful I got my life back. It can certainly help lots of different ailments, it relies on you to do some mental work to help yourself. HTH:starmod: DO IT NOW :starmod:0 -

Sorry to hear about your dear friend Beanie - and it's the same day for the funeralsThinking of you :A
Wet start to today so I got up late and went down to the car boot about 11am to see a few friends. The stalls who had toughed it out were packing up after another shower, but I saw the ones I needed to see, to tell them about Alan, although the Market Manager had told most people. Found it upsetting to tell some of them, the ones who got upset got my tears flowwing, but ended up sharing a laugh with them too about AlanI bought my flowers and a new rug for the sitting room to tidy it up a bit, before going to the nearby Tosco for a good wander round. I thought that I would spend £50 to get a fuel voucher so got some clothes and stocked up on a few things to find it came to £79  - so I definitely spent enough for my fuel voucher
I managed to get 10 x tubs of blueberries for 50p each, a pack of sliced mushrooms for 10p and a bag of peas/carrots for 13p so I was happy with that. Blueberries are lovely
I've had loads of phone calls from friends and my sister & brother today, checking on me and making sure I've eaten ok which I have
The Humanist lady is coming to see me at 10am tomorrow to talk to me about Alan's life so she can draft up words for the service on Friday. We chose a Humanist service as Alan was not religious and we had Humanist for my nephew and my Dad and it was nicePeople still have time for prayer within the service so it covers everyone
Must get to bed now though - just been speaking to Kit and the boys who had just got back from a great day in London

Morning Susan, Hope you had a decent nights sleep.
You'll have loads of funny stories to tell the Humanist lady about Alan this morning I'm sure. My dear Grandma when she passed away put in her will that no-one was to wear black for the occasion (I remember my cousin wore a bright green jump suit - it was 1975) we looked more like a wedding party at the pub afterwards.
Excellent haul at Tosco - I made a batch of raspberry jelly from some we picked on Saturda, the weather is mildewing them so they don't keep when they are picked and I am trying to run the freezer down to defrost it.
Hugs to you and to Beanie too, will be thinking of you both.0
