So very sorry for your loss Susan, I have followed your story which has made me laugh and cry. I hope the wonderful memories you have will help you through the tough days ahead xx
Rest in Peace Alan :A0 -
I've been logging on to the internet whilst on hols purely just to keep up to date with how Alan and you were doing.
I'm sat here in tears crying over two people I have never even met, but feel so privileged to have read about and "known" through this forum, even though the outcome wasn't what anyone had wanted.
You are both an inspiration in the way you've dealt with things and I really do believe you have opened my eyes and taught me a few things.
Susan, You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers, I wish I had the words....
RIP Alan xxx0 -
Just another one to add my thoughts and love. Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us. You are an amazing couple, I hope I can look back after 31 years of marriage and have the same wonderful memories and love of a lifetime shared.
RIP Alan x:A

Your lives have touched many other people's, including many who never met either of you.
Take care and be gentle with yourself over the coming days and weeks in particular.

Morning Susan, hope you are OK - is your brother there with you now? Hope so, you need some company to see you through the arrangements,
Hugs heading your way as always (and I'm a big girl so they are big squishy hugs) and hope you manage to get everything arranged for Alan's send off to his liking.
Don't forget to take a little time for yourself, we are all here if you need anything.0
