Co-Op bank - £200 if you switch to them
Comments
-
I had no problems with the switching, it all ran really smoothly and was done quickly. I haven't had any problems apart from the security measures, the ancient internet banking, and the possibility I may not even receive the £200 as their definition of a 'month' may differ to mine. Other than that, I'm happy with Co-op0

Don't give up.Just like u, I also "misunderstood" what a "month" is!!!
Me and my OH applied, and remitted on same dates and my OH has been paid after being told by the CS that the remittances were invalid.
So I also rang the CS again, and was told that my remittances do qualify and wait till 15th March as they are bogged down with this reward business:j
Consider ringing them up once and get logged in their system0 -
My switch over date was 22nd November.
Checked my account around 9am this morning and not received anything but just checked now (11:40am) and there was the £200!!
This is a bit closer to my switch date (24th) so hopefully I'll be getting mine soon :j
Anyone else with a switch date on or after 22nd Nov been paid?0 -

they'd make a "notepad" for the next time I did "armchair" banking. I asked what the heck they meant by "armchair" banking, and was told it meant 'phoning their CS. So why not use the correct term for it?
The Co-op have always referred to telephone banking as "Armchair Banking", nothing new just the term they have used since the mists of time...................0 -
Switch date 23/11; £200 bonus paid today 7/3 - off to spend it tomorrow.
As I have said before, I am staying with Co-op having been a satisfied customer in the past who only left because of moving to a remote location which needed internet banking, which the Co-op did not offer at that time.
So I got the £200 for doing what I was going to do anyway - result!0 -
I had a call from Customer Service last night apologising for the letter than was sent out to me, and a few others, in error.
I said thank you for taking the trouble to get in touch but, as I had posted earlier, I had already received the £200 before the letter arrived anyway! If the ball had gone in the net it would have been a goal.If my Auntie had been a man she'd have been my Uncle.0 -
