Co-Op bank - £200 if you switch to them

I just called to ask and they said they can't find any record of me being eligible. I told them to listen to the phone call and they agreed. Will get back to me tomorrow. Not particularly delighted with coop. They ignored my recent application to upgrade to the premier account and the switch was a mess back in November.0

Got the gift today, I plan to stay with the co-op, as far as I know they are about to pull their finger out about their website, and will introduce a proper site soon.
Same here, I've deleted my SOs, but I'll leave a bit of money in there to keep the account active just in case they revamp the website.0 -

I have put in £800 every month but the balance hasn't always been above £800, am I still eligible? e.g. Balance was -£12 and I paid in £801 so balance sat at £789 for the month.
I set up a standing order for £801 and didn't notice some of my direct debits taking me below £800!0 -

Don't think that should be an issue. As long as you have credit the account with £800 AND had 2 monthly direct debits or standing orders you should be fine.0 -
I just rang them and they said I should be eligible and receive it this month0
