i got my £200 credit today! i'd given up hope as i didn't think i'd paid in enough money for one of the months to count, was just about to close the account and now the money has come though :)
still gonna close it though, there are better accounts with more interest (ie santander) out there.

    Completion 17/11. Credit today. Happy
  • My £200 credit has finally landed, at some point this morning.
Letter was dated 16th Nov 11 and completion date 24th Nov, deposits of £800 on the 24th of each month from then onwards. I wish I could tell you I am going to do something exciting with the £200 but it is now allocated to pay my six monthly water bill at the beginning of April:rotfl:
I did call Co op some time ago politely to enquire when it would be forthcoming - they responded saying sometime during March, before the 24th, so I guess they have kept their word, although I think the original letter lacked absolute clarity, and they seem to have been randomly paying people who qualify without doing so in order of completion date.
I don't subscribe to the moans about their website other than it seems to have maintenance downtime more than most. It tells you what your balance is, shows the direct debits and standing orders, what else do you need? They beat Santander hands down, not that that's saying much!
Good luck to those still waiting

Had been feeling slightly nervous...but my £200 was paid in today.
My letter of confirmation of set-up from the Co Op was dated 16/11 and my first payment to the account was credited 25/11.
I still don't like the website but will keep the account open for a while in case I need it to make a worthwile transfer somewhere else.
