I understand that but do you have any evidence to support the existence of this agreement?
I sympathise, really I do, but Emmzi and others make good points. It may be one of those situations where your only option is to ask nicely. There can be times when any theoretical legal remedy is completely out of the reach of "ordinary" people. I suspect this may be one such time.0 -

I actually agree with you that without any written agreement there is very little OP can do, but anyone who suggests a sharp word in the ear of ex employer will be enough doesn't understand how bitter things can get between 2 parties whose relationship has broken down completely.0 -
no one suggested a sharp word. I suggested a word. Not everyone wants a fight in life.
Clearly you ARE milkshock, so off you go on ignore and my viewing of the board gets peaceful again. Hope the CBT is going well but it doesn't look like it!Debt free 4th April 2007.

So it is just hearsay and you have actually no actual real proof as in one client hasn't told you directly?0 -
No its not hearsay the client came upto me directly.
This was after I had tried to completley ruin the companys repuatation so that they were forced, they had no other option but to share my discliplinary history with 3rd parties.Obviously a totally reasonable response from a fair and caring ex employer.0
