I'm also celebrating a job promotion with a ~50% pay rise, so thought I'd treat myself!
That is a fantastic pay rise, well done trixie!

  • Desperate Housewife, thank you very much for the recipe, I'm getting quite interested in remoska now!

Well, I couldn't help myself this week and have now transferred £170 from my ebay sales into the savings pot (wasn't planning to do it till next month!)

Got a healthy amount for January now but still almost £96 short with only 6 days to go till the end of the month and no spare cash at all.

Think I might try online surveys in the next few days to try and boost it a bit.
  • Hi folks. Sorry I am not keeping up with the thread as well As I would hope. Still keeping en eye on the pennies though. Got my final wage from my old job today and it was a huge surprise as I had acrued holiday pay of over £1000. So I have put £1100 to the savings along with some other wee bits and bobs from selling on Amazon.

My new total is £5514. I think that will be it for me this month - I will have another £30 or so but it is not likely to be available until Feb 1st so it will be added on for Febs total. Also expecting more money from Amazon sales that is sitting in the reserve fund.

Does anyone know how I formally update the list at the front?

The list on the first post? You can't, but I can! Is that your final total for January? :)

Just a little something to help me, when you do your monthly total, can you also include your challenger number? You can either post on the thread or use the link on page 1 of the post, thanks! :D
