If you had a friendly rapport with the buyer my suggestion would have been a request to cancel transaction, get your fees back and relist more quickly than the NPB route.
If that’s not feasible then wait 4 days and hope for the best.0 -

I think you would be better off joinging a local facebook Sleling page and just naming your price. x1,2 & 5p: Christmas day food £9.31
10 & 20p: misc savings £2.70
50p: Christmas presents £3.50
£2: holidays £2.000 -

Hardened Ebayers have always known this, and you will never find someone who thinks the same way as you in all aspects.
My approach is always to be friendly and understanding with the buyers as they have the power of Negative Feedback.
The amount of times I have bitten my tongue! But that’s all part of the game.
Good luck.0 -

I don;t know too much about eBay currently (see my other posts for proof!) but from your posts it sounds like you didn't enter any postage on the actual listing, is this correct?
If so you cannot wait for someone to buy then say 'oh yeah, postage is £5'. If you haven't advertised it then you cannot charge it.0 -

Your not the first and won't be the last to get baffled by this lot.
They often defend the indefensible where ebay is concerned.
The fact postage was not offered and your doing the buyer a HUGE favour by posting it - as gone way over all their heads.
File a NPB claim - if you cancel they might leave you a negative - they can't do that if you do a NPB.0
