thank you very much to the OP
My DH works in construction and it sticks in my throat to pay out alot of money for clothes that will be filthy and ripped in a few days - £1 seems much more reasonable!!!

Has anyone been yet this morning? I cant complain, I did really well yesterday, but apparently, yesterday afternoon, there was a fight, and when new clothes rails came out, someone tried just scooping the entire lot off the rail and into her trolley. Ended up security were called etc :S
I went in about 7pm (for the 2nd time), and all the signs have been taken down, and one solitary rail with a few straw hats on. I'm guessing that incident has spoiled it for the rest of us, but I know they need to clear the warehouse ( apparently theres loads in there, which the staff said they wouldnt be able to get out just in one day), so hopefully they'll just give it a bit of breathing space and try again....
Oh, one of the staff was saying that Tesco have ploughed 3 million into all the savings and silly prices, to clear warehouse space for Christmas? Not sure if this is true or not, but explains all the daft reductions.

i went to tescos yesterday and what a cat fight, 2 asian girls were just taking all the clothes and putting them in trolleys not even checking sizes then a young male assistant came and told them they could have no more as they were not leaving any for anyone else, someone nearby me said they would be selling them in there own shop, i dont know how true that was but by the different sizes they could be right0

I got a few things. Some nice white jeans, however they are a bit big fitting and I only need a ten. I bought the ten and twelve so will cut the twelve's into shorts... not bad for a quid!
I also got some gloves and hats. There was no barcode on the hats so the SA who was chatting to a colleague just scanned the gloves three times instead of trying to find a hat barcode... that suited me just fine as i'd already clocked the gloves went through at 4p!!0 -

It's not too far but depends if you are driving or getting the train? If you're driving it's at the main set of traffic lights on the bypass before you turn and head to the Nature Reserve.
It's defo worth a look as they were putting out stuff throughout the day yesterday and one if the SA's saud there was lots more to come. The rails are at the far corner of the store. Good luck!
Anyone tried Chor**y or Leyl**d Tesco's? Am wondering whether to trek there later!!x0
