I was in costorphine too seen loads of people with trolleys full and two rails with very few items left.

I was there at about... 3.30ish. A chinese woman was literally taking every single item she saw and shoving it in her trolley without even having an actual look at it. There was a chavvy looking couple too who had a trolley of shirts. None of the stuff they had looked that great anyway as far as I could see (sour lemons maybe haha)

You don't actually think Tesco management DON'T read these pages do you???? :rotfl:

most probably dont no....I would think they would stop many glitches a lot earlier if they spotted them on here :) granted theres many that do,but why offer the info (links/threads etc) to them on a plate?
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

Is it just me who misses out on every single tesco glitch and super sale?! My extra store doesn't even have self scan so couldn't check baby items really and the store that does have self scan has no baby stuff, ha. Choc oranges were sold out, doh.

Thanks OP for telling us about this sale. I went into P£rth branch tonight about 6pm. There were two rails out but nothing much left. I got a pair of boys trainers. They were black shiny patent type uppers with a red trim. They were £10 but reduced to £5 but they went through at £1. My son needed some new trainers so I was pleased with my bargain. There were also lots of boys school shoes.
A lot of white shorts, black dresses only in size 18, a couple of take that t-shirts and some jeans with a semi- elasticated waist.
Hope they get some more stock in. I'd love some of these boots that were posted.

No - you are not alone.....me too. lol.
  • Went to sheff**ld Addey**le rd about 4pm - just one rail at front of clothing dept .
managed to get 6 ladies tops but was only charged £5 with the 25% off ladies wear !
Had some white handbags ,lots of grey knitted hats and a couple of the boys purple meercat tops .
only one S/A who seemt to be wandering around the clothing section ,randomly scanning items , she brought a couple of belts over to the rail and then the odd top .
Did get 3x mini impulse sets ,SEL £1.15 (ish?!) but scanned at 87p and still 3for2. (normal bodyspray aisle though , not with gift sets )

i went to cri33bs at about 6pm and there were a couple of rails there which had some stuff on there but it wasnt that great- i got a couple of things then went to get the coat that i actually went there for!

i went to the changing rooms to use the mirror to try said coat on and there was another rail in there full of stickered items- obviously people have been trying stuff on and not not getting it so it got left on the rail in there- there was some better stuff in there but nothing that i wanted

The spaces are for BLUE BADGE holders ONLY.... i would consider myself dis-abled as i am heavily pregnant, with 2 children in tow, but would never even consider parking in a blue badge spot...

plus, the way she was hauling her trolley around, and the way she ran into the store beforehand... i very much doubt it that she was...

The parent and child spaces are available for you though.

It's possible to have a fairly serious but intermittent disability which limits mobility, and to be registered disabled, but not be eligible for a blue badge, (because it's on on-off problem). Please be a little cautious before deciding that people parking in disabled spaces really don't need to. The blue badge scheme is really very unfair to certain people who need the help but only sometimes.

I don't advocate anyone abusing the parent and child spaces or the disability spaces, but sometimes the situation isn't as clear cut as it seems.

I went to my local Extra this evening ( been busy all day getting my 91 year old Dad into respite for 2 weeks) and all I got was a Take That t-shirt. Not much else left. But I did manage to get a 8p casserole dish.
With regards to E-Bay I dont think people will make a lot selling Tesco clothes on there. Still best of luck to them
