Women's clothes were mainly size 6 / 8 or 18/20 - not many 10/12/14 left. A couple of pairs of shoes, not many children's clothes. SA said they didn't have a lot but that it would be going out bit by bit, as they got the time.
Me too - it was pants, especially considering it's a flagship store and supposed to be the biggest for miles around. The whole store is disappointing so I should have known better! Irl@m was better tho if that's any help! I must have got there slightly too late as 2 other women had some really good stuff.*** Friends are angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly ***

unfortunately my local is useless... this after weeks off bargain hunting and finding v.little..
today.. got there at 7.50 am some other people were there upset that there was no £1 sale items.. some had been waiting there for quite a while...
i went to the manager asked them about the sale.. first he said he didnt know about it, then he said ask that woman (who was looking after the clothing dept)
she relunctantly said she would go downstairs and see if they had a delivery...
she was back later but never came up to me... rather seemed to avoid me...then i went upto her and asked her and she said.. ah we never had a delivery
correct me if i am wrong this sale is not a delivery thing, it is a sale on stock they already have!!!!
bunch of blaggers....:mad:0 -

I went at lunchtime today, there was very little there. 3 rails of £1 items, with not much left. I did get 3 items though, including a mens jacket reduced from £34.
There were loads of pairs of black patent stilleto heels, which I didn't like, and grey knitted hats.0 -

I got the bottom ones today too. I already have the middle ones from a while ago when they were half price at £9. They're very comfy!*** Friends are angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly ***

I wonder what Sir Philip Green will make of your post as he has nothing to do with Tesco and you can't even spell his name.
I also hope that when you are posting links you post the links for the discounted electricals that you made including, how they would only let you have 3 items and you managed to get two more netbooks/laptops tonight.
Lady, the pot calling the kettle black is not a strong enough quote.0 -

So note her name and report her to the store manager! Tesco rules are clear, she's not allowed to do that and its a disciplinary for doing it.0 -
Went to Tesco Orpington today, think i got there as everything was gone but saw a few couples coming down the escalators with trolley loads full!
When i was paying the SA she was telling me that the largest amount they had come trough the tills so far from one transaction of clothes was £250!!!
