    Just got back from T's... picked up £247 worth of clothes for £22.00 plus 25% off womens wear, mind it it only took £1.75 off and most of the items were womens clothing.. :j:j:j:j

    Anyway, it was an interesting day, while I was searching for different sizes for myself and DD's, this woman came and took about 20 sweatshirts off the rail and put them in her trolley... so I had to started rummaging on the floor to search for DD's sizes... when the security approached her and told her that they have a rule that only certain amount of clothes per person. Which made me a bit weary. He asked her how many trolley's full had she already bought?? next thing she was surrounded by CS's and the manager. They took everything away from her.. when I went to pay for my stuff I got talking to the lovely lady in the till, and she told me that someone had been in and bought 3 trolley's full of clothes!!!!!!!!!!!! :eek::eek::eek::mad::mad::mad::eek::eek::eek:
    I heard the Manager banning her from the store when passing... silly silly woman!!!!!
  • not much in springhill, bangor, just 1 rail with very little on it but did get a pair of jeans and a superman sweatshirt for my Dad for Xmas.
    In Kn0cknag0ney they have a few rails in the aisle beside CS with a mixture of adults clothes and also at clothing tills with baby clothes (nice little angel/fairy dress but only 12 - 18 mths) and a display with flip flops and some boys school shoes. The girls were still putting stuff out as they had loads of things to scan first. Seems to be the stuff just came in jumbled up and they were having to scan everything!!
    Felt sorry for them they had loads to do and just when the thought they'd finished someone came out with more. Also some of the customers weren't the friendliest, I'd took a pair of boots back to let them know they were 2 different sizes and a woman snatched them out of my hands and ran off!! Hope she has a size 8 and 4 feet! Both SS and I laughed so much about it, just glad she didn't raid my trolley to get the pair which had 2 correct sizes.
    Did manage to get 3 pairs of boots, a pair of school shoes and 2 pair of jeans so not too bad.

  • is it just me wondering why, if some of these people haven't gone today and don't "need" clothes then why are they reading this thread never mind wasting their own time sniping at one another on it??
  • I did send an email to customer services complaining about the mis-information etc (I don't have an issue with staff getting bargains, we're all entitled to them) but I did say they shouldn't have given wrong information if they weren't ready to put stock out. Customer Services called me within a minute of the email being sent (I take it they've been busy with stuff like this today) and the lady apologised and agreed it could have been managed better.

    She offered to give me a stock update in the stores I tried to go to:

    K!ng$ton MK - sold out 1 rack within 5 mins of opening at 8am (not true as I was there before then); No news on further stock being added;

    B!etch!ey - They have 1 rack which they keep refilling every time it empties...I take it they're doing that a lot through out the day then, or have just not bothered to replenish it due to too many Take That t-shirts being left un-sold lol;

    Dun$table - replenishing stock as and when previous stuff clears a bit more

    So there ya go, was worth mentioning it even to find out how each store is refilling the sales items...
