Just got back from T's... picked up £247 worth of clothes for £22.00 plus 25% off womens wear, mind it it only took £1.75 off and most of the items were womens clothing.. :j:j:j:j

Anyway, it was an interesting day, while I was searching for different sizes for myself and DD's, this woman came and took about 20 sweatshirts off the rail and put them in her trolley... so I had to started rummaging on the floor to search for DD's sizes... when the security approached her and told her that they have a rule that only certain amount of clothes per person. Which made me a bit weary. He asked her how many trolley's full had she already bought?? next thing she was surrounded by CS's and the manager. They took everything away from her.. when I went to pay for my stuff I got talking to the lovely lady in the till, and she told me that someone had been in and bought 3 trolley's full of clothes!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek::eek::mad::mad::mad::eek::eek::eek:
I heard the Manager banning her from the store when passing... silly silly woman!!!!!

I think they should have done that in my store. As posted elsewhere I went down at 8 am to do my normal shopping and on the off chance there might be something I wanted to buy in the sale. There were a number of trolley vultures (including Tesco staff). I did notice one couple in particular who had two trolleys full to overflowing who were joking that it was going to give the security guard nightmares checking through the stuff as they left. After getting home OH asked me to go to Tesco to get something we needed so I went back over an hour later and said couple were still there with two new trolleys that were being loaded up as new stuff came out. They could well have been MSErs as they were on the checkout next to me unloading their booty and I noticed that they also had a big pile of dairylea ritz dunkers.I wonder if they' spent all day there filling trolleys as new stuff comes out?

Managed to get 3 pairs of boots from the G4lli0ns R34ch b3ckt0n store, thanks to the help of fellow mser 71Sue :) ...people were like vultures in that store and staff only brought out one rack each time and people just pounced for it. I only managed to get these boots as they were ones that people had put back down, it seemed one or two people had just cleared the whole shelf of boots into their trolleys as they had at least 20 pairs. Staff refused to bring anymore stuff out as people were just pouncing at them before they could even put the rack in one place and when more people came in asking about the £1 items, they were told that it was all gone and maybe more would be put out later. They also bought out mens trousers/jeans but not much else, 71Sue said they had ladies cardigans out from around 8am.

here are pics of the boots....

You weren't in Amer%ham by any chance were you? My s-i-l went there and told me it was absolute mayhem and chaos and the poor staff didn't have enough hands to get the stuff out quick enough for people to pounce on it :S
