Of course it's a like for like comparison, it's not comparing one phone brand to another rather one operating system to another. The fact that numerous companies manufacture handsets that use the android OS as opposed to just one making iOS is immaterial in the context of app downloads.;)

So they must be the best then, judging on sales volumes.

I dont know about the best but any company with market share of 80% or higher with Windows. Over 50% with Xbox, Over 80% with Office must be doing somthing right. Not to include hardware and other software with lower market share.

Indeed, as many manufacturers can produce goods that can take advantage of the wares, so the customer does not hae to become loyal to just one brand and then try and justify to the world why it is best.

And your point is...? Were you not promoting iPhone?
Is a Windows Mobile phone better than an iPhone now? Good for you. At least this will save you a lot of money.

Windows mobile is actually quite good according to ppl who uses it. And the soon to be release Windows 8 looks great!!!

Btw, on the topic of apps download... this might be old news, but I just found out that one can get full refund from andriod marketplace if you uninstall the program within 15 minutes of installing it.... Apparently you might be able to do so from iTunes as well, but its at the discretion of Apple

I don't think anyone is saying it is bad, all the OS's are good, it's just that the OP is having a hard time trying to convince the world that you should bin everything and just stick with Apple.
