Lease car - oh dear, that's your only worry.
See my advice on this thread:

You must make sure that the Lease company do not just pay the fake PCN when the threatograms get a bit scary. See the links I gave to that poster for ideas on how to approach this up front so the Lease Company are in no doubt that this is a scam and are informed that you won't be paying even if they fall for it.
UKCPS are not a reputable company (their Head tea-boy, Peter 'Hasbeen' Haswell even trolls these forums and sends pm's to people like you trying to get info and to persuade you to pay). UKCPS are like all the rest of the PPCs, they rely on scare tactics and they pick on their victims carefully - they probably targeted your vehicle in the hope that, as it's a company car, the fake PCN would just be paid by the Fleet Managers.
Check out the top thread on the forum for PPC letter-chains - show them to the Lease company as well as the other links mentioned in the thread I linked above.
Apart from that, happily ignore the whole scam. Nothing will happen to you or the Lease company (they have zero liability as they will learn if they listen to you and look at the links).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
