I won and they took it away from me

I think that's a disgraceful act, and I think you could take it further.

and they'd look at it and see if they can report on it.

Who's to say the lady didn't win and they've run out of money or something? Never know.. just seems too fishy to me.

Would they actually have informed you the tickets were invalid if you had not queried the rest of the prize? Would have been terribly embarrassing for you if you had tried to use them:(:eek:

Can't see any comments on Scrumpy Jack page I found - is there another?

Posted how yucky I think this all is on fbk. Even if there has been a mistake, you think they would honour it with it being their mistake! Tools.

have you tried looking up the originl comp thread and clicking through to it, it just might have T&C's still up with contact details really hope you get this all sorted out, totally disgusting behaviour from a big company

this is really bad treatment hope it gets sorted. Instead of posting a message on fb I have used the 'contact us' form on the actual scrumpy website pointing them in the direction of their fb page, the bad feelings their actions have created through their shabby treatment of you etc
