They haven't used their FB page since June so you may be wasting your time there,I would take Davetrousers advice and E-Mail the MD politely. I'm sure this will be sorted and really feel for you ,hope it turns out for the best.

That is APPALLING I'm sure there is competiton complaints place that you can contact too - In your shoes I would not give up on this until I recieve my prizes what are due to me - their mistake and they should honor it - even go to Watchdog if you have too. KEEP WITH IT.

one of my friends won £1000 in an effort comp, they announced it on facebook, wrote to her & then announced that she was not the winner & wouldn't get the prize. They were refusing to honour the prize but she kicked up a stink about it & lots of people backed her posting comments on their FB wall & they eventually apologised & honoured the prize plus gave the prize to the other person too which I believe is what should happen in this case. Good luck to you, don't let it drop!

  • I've commented too, I hope you get this sorted hun. Have they got a contact section on their website? You could ask who to speak to regarding a complaint xx

This is truly unbelieveable, you can't send somebody two balloon tickets and then two months later decide 'ooh actually you haven't won and then tickets aren't valid'. I hope you get this sorted and if you don't I would suggest complaining to the competitions complaint place, they should get the company told and make them honour your prizes.

    Gosh that is terrible.

I see that Simon Brown has a "linkedin" profile if anyone is a member and could access contact details from there. I am not a paid member.

If you knew how the email addies are set out you could try simon.brown: or sbrown@ etc and see if they get through.

I would definitely take it right to the top.

    Good luck

I think it is disgusting that you can tell this lady she won a prize and then TWO MONTHS later take it away from her! I for one will be boycotting scrumpy jack cider and telling all of my friends and family to do the same, shocking bahaviour!
