Good Things since I last posted:j
    • Ate apple and carrots
    • Drank the three pints of water
    • Packed lunch for work

    • Have cooked soup for the girls at work for tomorrow (pea and ham) including preparation (yes, preparation, moi!) of soaking peas overnight last night
    • It is payday
    • Ran 5.7 miles in 55 mins with the running club (although I puffed like a steam train all the way round)
Bad Things since I last posted:exclamati

  • Wow !! You use proper peas for pea and ham soup, I thought you would just pop in a pack of Frozen Garden Peas and that would do the trick ! Bet it tasted yummy though !

You are so good drinking three pints of water, I have been trying to drink more of it, but I seem to spend half my life in the loo when I do , so I gave up ! :o

    December summary

    Good Things in December:j
    • Job going well
    • Mr B finally got his contract through. Starts permanent role on 7th
    • Did a bit of work for friend at beginning Decmeber, earning about £150 extra
    • Got through Christmas unscathed
    • Managed not to put any weight on despite my below injury and not eating all that well
    Bad Things in December:exclamati
    • Extended overdraft to get through Christmas, plus we will have a few weeks when Mr B goes from weekly to monthly pay to get through.
    • Discovered we have been massivle undercharged for electricity and we have huge arrears and our ongoing bills are going to be gigantic. I think this is going to warrant its own post because it is quite complex. In summary we are using 16000kwh per year on our 2 bedroom terrace, costing £1600!
    • The extra work has stretched my friendship possibly beyond its limit. It may be quite beyond repair.
    • Have really injured my foot (possibly peroneal tendonitis)
    • No running at all since end Nov
No doubt I will think of more things later but this will do for now. Will be back to post in the next day or so with some plans
