One-third each of Stardrops, water and white (distilled malt) vinegar, ideally in a spray bottle that had something else in it (washed out of course), so it doesn't cost you anything.

I am sure other users can give their advice but I'm not sure that would be a great idea. It is bad enough if you get normal bubble stuff or watered down washing up liquid in your eyes but I don't think they would want this in their eyes.

You know what kids are like, ours is always getting bubbles in her eyes and she wears glasses!

That sounds like our house. That's why I stopped buying tubs of bubbles.

Regarding cleaning paths and flagstones with stardrops.

We don't have a hose pipe so that option is out, which is the best way to clean flags, would it be to put some stardrops in an old washing up bowl and use a yard brush?

Another Stardrops convert here :j ..was reading the forum at 2am and got the urge to try out the bottle I bought way back  (Asda 68/69p? I think)..crept downstairs, mixed a mild solution with water and started on a dirty patch on my beige rug. Half an hour later i had one rug which now looks like new :T so I had a go on the kitchen taps - didn't know they could look like that! - followed by my ceramic hob with similar results. I'd already cleaned the house yesterday but could have saved myself a lot of time cos what a difference a drop makes :D . And now here I am reporting on the wonders of Stardrops when I'm supposed to be packing my case for a fortnights hol, leaving this afternoon. I'm packing the bottle! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

    a bientot!
