Hello, I'm not very familiar with ebay and I only normally post within the UK. I've just had someone from Sri Lanka win an item I sold and he/she has written the following to me - Hi friend im from sri lanka and im happy that i won ur item..u may pls send this to sri lanka though royal mail signed for small packet service…

Because as I have said, i'm an ebay novice and did not know I could, nor how to. But having read posts on this board by helpful people I now know how to and have changed my settings.
