Seller hasn't received item but wont accept my offer to provide proof of postage

    As a buyer, I appreciate this choice, and will select registered if the item I'm buying is expensive.
    I might agree to pay for SD if I wanted something urgently and the seller can post it promptly. I would certainly not pay extra to provide insurance cover which is the seller's responsibility.

    That's just reminded me - I've heard a few people mention insurance.
    Forgive me if it's dumb question, but are there other options for insuring post other than the special delivery option?

    Not with Royal Mail unless you go for standard parcels, which can be insured but is not tracked at all.

    Sorry, I still don't quite understand.
    Is that the 100x 1st class stamp insurance, or is there something extra you can add.
